Beauly Homes has submitted a full planning application for a thoughtfully designed new residential scheme at Ivy Farmhouse, London Road, Beccles, Suffolk NR34 9YU. View the planning application here under reference DC/26/1824/FUL

The proposals would see the redevelopment of the Ivy Farmhouse site to create six new homes, comprising a carefully considered mix of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses. Plans also include the formation of a new vehicular access, together with associated landscaping and supporting infrastructure.
